Chester Racecourse

This historic 65 acre racehorse is set on the banks of the river dee. This site was once upon a time a harbour during the roman occupation of Great Britain. The site was also once upon a time the grounds of a football field, until after a violent altercation it was replaced by horse racing in 15.39.

The position in the city mans that race days in Chester are incredibly popular as a sporting and social event. It’s a very short stroll to hotels, bars, shopping and restaurants.
